Perhaps it's much, much easier to airbrush out a base covering a very small area of land than it would be to fabricate 100's of square kilometres of fake imagery to conceal A51. The problem here is that Youtube doesn't display my images in great enough detail to show what I'm talking about ... and so you make the understandable assumption that I make this stuff up or that I misinterpret what I see, and perhaps some is.

Ok ... I'm alaways open to (realistic) alternative explanations for what I see there. In fact, my 1st impression was exactly the same - that it was a small body of algae contaminated water and I ignored it. It was only later when I re-examined it more closely that many anomolous things could be seen - especially in closeup and after sharpening the image.
The detail you call a beam looks like a depression in the soil. There's another one just to the right of the one you pointed out...it's at an angle pointed (approximately) toward the center of the bog just like your beam is. These would be expected from years of natural erosion.
Keep looking, maybe you'll find the two lane bowling alley which is on the NTS grounds. (I'm not kidding!) Good hamburgers there!
Hello Zetabeam. I don't think you'll care for my analysis of these images.
It looks to me like this was taken in late winter/early spring and that the green circle is vegetation, and the dark center is water. As the water evaporates, the green circle will die back and eventually it will look like just another pock mark in the desert until the next rain episodes, when the cycle will likely begin again with new grass growing.
Also, when seen in greater detail, the "ray" artifact is so obvious. I starts at a definite point and is aimed directly at the craft and spreading slightly in a v-shape between the origin point and where it contacts the craft. I have no idea what function this serves and only call it a "ray" because thats what it reminds me of.
It's just unfortunate that Youtube doesn't display the image in greater detail and larger size as you would see on the Google Earth original I used. With greater detail, it immediately becomes obvious that this object must have impacted the ground at a shallow angle, badly damaged the forward section, then slid along the ground for a distance building up a pile of rubble infront of the damaged section.
This video was very interesting. Despite your excellent points, this "object" is still very unclear and may not be a damage saucer at all.
The beam that you mention may also just be dust which seems to be all around the creator. I can't say what that is... but I can differently say it is NOT A LAKE!

very nice, it does look like a disc thing, but it really looks like a little lake,perhaps somthing has been removed and water has drained to there( maybe UFO removed).
That was my first thought as well ... that it was a pond or small lake with water that had gone bad and turned greenish. It was only later when I re-examined it very carefully and enlarged and enhanced it that it became obvious it was a solid object. It had definite structure to it and the black central object is definitely a structure sticking up from the main body of the craft. Plus the structural damage to the front also indicates it's a solid, circular object.

And I also never claimed "aliens" and the US government were exchanging technology and secrets - instead, I posited from what I had been seeing in the A51 area that technology, artifacts and structures were being deployed all over A51 and stated that the construction and technological styles didn't look like what we've come to expect from the military based on current science & physics.

I never claimed the craft "by the frickin road" was alien - I labeled it purely as a crashed/damaged saucer.
I also NEVER claimed that it was definitively "ice" in the desert crater - merely that to me it "looked" like ice.

So, the US government has a secret hidden base, housing secret alien saucers (one of which is by a frickin road out in the open according to these pics), can create secret desert ice, and could possibly be exchanging secret technology and secret secrets with a previously unknown secret alien race, but they can't seem to shut you up, eh?

The problem here is that Youtube doesn't display my images in great enough detail to show what I'm talking about ... and so you make the understandable assumption that I make this stuff up or that I misinterpret what I see, and perhaps some is.
Anyway, I've decided to put a website up for you and others to be able to see the images in the same detail I see them and then you can try telling me that I'm mistaken and "seeing things". Will post the url when it's ready.

Part 1:
Ok ... I'm alaways open to (realistic) alternative explanations for what I see there. In fact, my 1st impression was exactly the same - that it was a small body of algae contaminated water and I ignored it. It was only later when I re-examined it more closely that many anomolous things could be seen - especially in closeup and after sharpening the image.

My explanation part 2:
The detail you call a beam looks like a depression in the soil. There's another one just to the right of the one you pointed out...it's at an angle pointed (approximately) toward the center of the bog just like your beam is. These would be expected from years of natural erosion.
Keep looking, maybe you'll find the two lane bowling alley which is on the NTS grounds. (I'm not kidding!) Good hamburgers there!

Hello Zetabeam. I don't think you'll care for my analysis of these images.
It looks to me like this was taken in late winter/early spring and that the green circle is vegetation, and the dark center is water. As the water evaporates, the green circle will die back and eventually it will look like just another pock mark in the desert until the next rain episodes, when the cycle will likely begin again with new grass growing.

Also, when seen in greater detail, the "ray" artifact is so obvious. I starts at a definite point and is aimed directly at the craft and spreading slightly in a v-shape between the origin point and where it contacts the craft. I have no idea what function this serves and only call it a "ray" because thats what it reminds me of.

It's just unfortunate that Youtube doesn't display the image in greater detail and larger size as you would see on the Google Earth original I used. With greater detail, it immediately becomes obvious that this object must have impacted the ground at a shallow angle, badly damaged the forward section, then slid along the ground for a distance building up a pile of rubble infront of the damaged section.

This video was very interesting. Despite your excellent points, this "object" is still very unclear and may not be a damage saucer at all.
The beam that you mention may also just be dust which seems to be all around the creator. I can't say what that is... but I can differently say it is NOT A LAKE!

very nice, it does look like a disc thing, but it really looks like a little lake,perhaps somthing has been removed and water has drained to there( maybe UFO removed).

That was my first thought as well ... that it was a pond or small lake with water that had gone bad and turned greenish. It was only later when I re-examined it very carefully and enlarged and enhanced it that it became obvious it was a solid object. It had definite structure to it and the black central object is definitely a structure sticking up from the main body of the craft. Plus the structural damage to the front also indicates it's a solid, circular object.

I've shown you what appears to clearly be a damaged disk shaped object lying in a non-natural depression in the ground ... and the best altenative you can come up with (obviously based on a great deal of thought) ... is a "hole in the ground" ???? Really ???
