Sales tax (5-8% most states), Prepared Food Tax (average 8%), etc, are after taxes, so they are actually much more... personal income taxes (18 to 28% for most), workman's comp for employers (7.5% in VA), social security (about 10%), and now a cosmetic surgery tax? Retirement plan Z (last of 26 plans) is looking better all the time! (bullet in the head!)
