Transformers Generations Warpath

This was uploaded March '11. Wow! I just got mine today. Just shows how long it takes for Generations line Transformers to come out in my area. I shudder to think how long it will take for me to find the recently announced Combaticons on retail.

The design is genius. He's very well-proportioned and there's no kibble. I displayed him in robot mode this afternoon, and my mate who came over didn't believe me when I told him it transforms into a tank. Not bad for an ex-minibot.

since you have backfire have you tried pegging his guns on Warpath's ports? I debating whether to get backfire to mount his guns on warpath but im not sure of the size of the clip attachments

Finally found this guy at walmart with wheeljack. Amazed at how they seemed to be fully stocked when they are such rare figures. It seriously took the breathe out of me when I saw them. It is a feeling like no other finding a very rare figure that you have been looking for a long time for...

great figure w/ a great review from a great reviewer, goog job man. Though he's a bit taller than the seekers. aren't you bothered w/ TF's scale, 'cause truly if gives me headache whenever I see my TFs w/ same line but out of scale.

i take the figure for what it is. i'm not really after scale. if you notice, i collect figures in most scales--deluxe, voyager, leader, even scout and legends. so, scale doesn't bother me one bit.

@fxfranz thanks. Im really on scale because I collect only 1-2 figs per character as possible, and I want to create a diorama of battle scenes. I can't display recon ironhide battling deluxe brawl or gnerations cybertronian bumblebee battling cybertronian soundwave, as BB looks taller than soundwave. Anyway, it's only my perception.

Best looking Warpath ever! The forearms and feet are very accurate to the cartoon. And an awesome review too :) I'm not a fan of the character, but now I'm really sold.

By the way, what deluxe figure would you recommend for a 6 year old? My young nephew's B'day is coming up, and I'm looking to give him something fun and exciting, but not too difficult. ideas would be most appreciated :)

BBTS is selling this for $20, dammit is it hard to find or is their an abundant supply in your area? They also released a Kup and Scourge figure few months back. They also have Jazz Tracks & Wreck Gar different packaging though, I thinknit's reveal the shield. As always good review

Nice, this is first time I've seen him anywhere, as I've only heard about him from GarHoch just a few weeks ago. He mentioned that Warpath was a chase figure for the wave. I'm curious as to what you're seeing as the distribution of this fig compared to others in the wave at the stores in area.

Too bad about the lack of a waist swivel, as it looks like it would have been easy to add.

I really want to like him: the head sculpt is beautiful and the overall body shape is superb. But for me the lack of a hand weapon limits his posability, I can't get the shooting poses that I like. If the missile launchers detached via clip and could be combined into a hand weapon like Scourge, I'd have been sold.

I'm with you, I'm enjoying the G1 Generations line a whole lot more then Classic G1 Toys. Just wish they put Powerglide in deluxe scale. He was just too damn big to fit with my Gen Autobots.
