when they came to my city, I wanted to fly in that, but it cost over $400! I couldn't afford it. One thing I wish you would have gotten was the tail section of the plane (when I walked through it was tarped off) and the ball turret.

I remember thinking I could never fit through there- the catwalk was way too narrow for my comfort!

loved this video. My uncle wanted to fly once more in one of these but he passed away before he could. I'm so happy to have been able to see this video. Keep em' flying.. Skip

It would be a great honor to have WWII B-17 vets fly one more time in the old bird, I'm sure your uncle would of loved it very much.
