  • I love your style. You help them release there energy. And it's great.

  • I loved it when you said "unless this freaking coyote comes out and jumps on me" haha I love that:D

  • OMG Your freaking amazing LOL

  • Question, Using the methodology you displayed in your video my horse chooses to get to both knees. No matter where i put the treat he just swivels on his knees and doesn't want to go the rest the way over. Any tips? I know there are other less natural ways to do it but i really want to avoid them and have this be his (my horses) idea. I know its not common practice to share knowledge like this but both my horse and I would really appreciate your help.

  • hey, why you yelling in my ear!

  • Chicken on crack!! & omg I think I just fell in love with tanner!!!

Thank you!! I want to teach my horse to lay down but I don't want to use ropes and force him so I've been letting him do it after being unsaddled and the rewarding him. Its slower, but in the end the outcome is better. Subbed!

  • ...Natural... over 50 years ago... its all natural...

from an Old Horseman... Dan .. love ya

  • I agree with you, Rick. A time came when a horse of mine needed to be lying down for the vet to check on an older injury. It comes in handy at times like that.

  • hey this helps me alot. I need to learn how to do this for my horse for his vet visits so she is able to work on his back leg. thank you.

  • I love playing with my horses like that. I have a horse who plays tag but of course hes special because he was a rescue (I own a horse rescue). the horse that plays tag is a mustang that everybody says is to short cause hes only a pony and cant do anything but he jumps and we took championship and my first time taking him to speed events we got in the top six in everything! he does eventing, hunter jumpers, trail riding, and is a good lesson horse

  • Has anyone ever told you that Mr. T looks sort of like a Friesian? Lol, both of your horses are great looking horses! I like the point you make about horses needing to play and be horses. A few of the people at the barn I board at are always like "Oh no they're running, bring them in, they'll get hurt!" And I just have to keep my mouth shut because I know that they just want to run around and play.

  • really good vid :)

  • :) so nice to see trianing without the aid of a whip or training stick like so many other videos on here. :) both those horses are such pretty boys.

  • hey man you might wanna put a cloth or something like a sock over the mic to reduce the wind sound. but hey this is good stuff man keep it up!

  • Rick gore
