@Akirathedon92 In 1999 having 100,000 players on at the same time was a big deal! WoW only came around 5.5 years after EQ did. Plus, WoW just turned 6 years old, so think about that for a second =) WoW is a completely different beast, but without EQ there wouldn't be a WOW.
