ive seen better ive seen woarst but ur great i just got leaf green and fire red my team is now lvl 10 mankey 11 pikachu and 13 charmander is that good or should i train way more tell me?

Depends where you're at.

Btw, I'd get a Pidgey until charmander goes to charizard and a buttterfree until abras become available
