i remember that crossing would always have problems. usually sensor. so the gates would stay down forever.

43 and 13 came down thursday evening from Jacksonville around 7:03am - got the pics of them refueling and also video posted of them pulling me into Hollywood station.

I was on Tri-Rail last year and we hit a crossing gate at the same exact spot. It was pretty wild.

It seems like Copans Rd is a trouble spot whether on the FEC or the CSX Miami Sub. First it was the gate malfunction on the FEC which I later found out that train 101 was in an accident, and then this cross gate problem on the Miami Sub.

Does anybody know why 91 has been getting in so late this past week?

I'm not exactly sure on why 91 has been so late recently. I know there has been a washout on the NS Valdosta mainline in Georgia and NS trains were re-routed onto CSX into Jacksonville, so I wonder if that has something to do with 91 and 97 coming late recently.
There have been times where I have caught 97 around 11 PM to even almost 12:30 AM. Back in February, 97 was in an accident in Savannah and was halted for 6 hours. I was out railfanning the FEC that night when I caught 97 in Deerfield.

Well tonight 91 will come in at 7:30, 3 hours late. I looked on the website and the delay started with 1 hour up in Virginia.
