Please do post more Ivogün. Her light voice was delightful and, in opera, she was an elegant musician as well as a brilliant vocalist.

Thanks to both for comments. I will be posting more Ivogün recordings if you wish. I think I should have at least 10 further discs of her electric or acoustic recordings .

I'm so glad you're posting Ivogun recordings (acoustic or electric). She is not as well known as she should be, considering her admirable talent in a wide variety of music, from opera and operetta to the song literature. Her technique is brilliant and her tone sweet. I remember hearing this recording over 40 years ago. It's stylishly and adeptly sung, yet I personally prefer Lily Pons' 1939 version.
