i fukin hate how they make ppl pay a monthly fee for a mmo but guild wars totally reshapes everyones perspective on mmo rpg's because of this great aspect of no monthly fees
Yes you can. A nifty utility called Crossover Games runs a custom implementation of the Win32 API, effectively allowing you to run Guild Wars, as well as other games, within OS X (and Linux).
It should. If you're on an older one (GMA 950 chipset) definitely go with running Guild Wars in Bootcamp. But if you have any other Macbook you can get away with Crossover Games.
You're right, the story of GW is one of the best. But i also have to admit that they didn't put enough depth to the first 2-3 ones. GW:EN has probably the best MMO storyline(better cutscenes and everythin)
I wouldn't say Guild Wars is the best game out there, since games are being developed to be better...
But Guild Wars IS the best game without a subscription Fee. Now, it will be surpassed...
By Guild Wars 2.

It's kind of obvious that they didn't complete the game since all they mentioned were the first 3 missions but still gw is awesome.
z3pplin7 3 years ago
thay completed the game there are more than 3 missions
coollyaid 3 years ago
I know theres more than three missions its just that they left out like the entire story which makes me think they only did the first 3 missions

Probably one of the best PvP games out there, it would be alot better if Izzy knew how to skill balance.

1 thing i love about guild wars is the story its hard to find free games that actually have a story and cutscenes

i agree, the scenery is unbeatable. too bad my computer sucks too much for me to play it.

Actually GW system requirements are amazingly low, perhaps they used some sort of a trick that lowered the reqs for a game such as this.
i don't think that a PC to run GW will cost very much.
