The imagination is very flexibile waching this painting. It is the reason why some pictures r called with quality. This one is a very simple.U c 1st a nice girl. After that u c her innocence. Then u notice that she's either tierd or is older that she looked at 1st place. The mouth is not simetric, thanx to that imagination tend to c it simetric.
