  • Awesome scene :)

  • Loved seeing Captain America punching Hitler. The reason why he was so awesome.

  • Germans must have been pissed to see captain america punch hitler lol

  • I have played this song on my ipod more times than I can count. I think I'm somewhere around a 400 times.

  • @WindOfSolitude :D You're not alone! I listen to this song over and over again on my MP3 player over and over again. I have to force myself to change the song after the 5th time. I could listen to it every day. It's really catchy. lol.

  • im from fresno ace hahaha no seriously

  • How this didn't even get NOMINATED for best original song is beyond me

  • last summer was shit for DC.

  • I thought this was hilarious when I saw it. This is why marvel is pawning batman, sorry, i mean DC comics

  • I've watched this video like over ten times. For some reason, it's so catchy :)

(Plus, when Chris Evans smiles, he's got to be one of the most adorable guys I've seen)

  • @cheerysunrise

    I agree, 100% <3 <3 <3

  • Note to self: Watch Captain America tonight

  • I love how they managed to get the comic costume in, give a good reason it looked so silly, and then step it up :)

  • He's a good director...don't get me wrong, I think he's a very good director. I think everyone in the film industry respects Nolan. But he's not a good fit. He's not willing to open himself up to the greater DC universe, and that's all that matters.

As for the video, I didn't like this scene when I first viewed it. But it's grown to become one of my favorites. It's so typical of the government, that they would use a superhero like that. ;-D Thanks for uploading it!

  • ...with non-superhuman heroes with no exceptional powers whatsoever. The heroes that don't get much attention, because of that. One of the ways in which Marvel has had an edge over DC so far is because they embrace their comic book roots, rather than shy away from them. One of the problems is PRECISELY that his films are so 'realistic', and that prevents them from doing any crossovers. That's why Nolan is wrong for the concept, and why he can never do a 'Justice League' movie for the guys at WB.

  • In order to do one, Nolan would have to allow his films to connect with the greater DC Universe continuity, and that is something he has said repeatedly he will never do. As for an Avengers 2, forget it. Nolan could never handle working with a universe in which Thor throws a hammer around, a skinny guy grew to super bulky status, and Thanos has a glove with gems that can kill the universe. Nolan's solution to the Avengers universe would be to remove the major 3 guys and replace them...

  • To the person who said Nolan should do the Justice League movie and Avengers 2, Nolan would never do a Justice League movie. Nolan dislikes the "unrealistic" approach of several superheroes, and that's why you'll never see certain outlandish villains appear in a Batman film as long as he's in charge. It's a miracle they even got him to produce a Superman film. :P 90% of the Batman universe IS unrealistic, and that's why Nolan is forced to cut it down the way he has - because he can't handle it.

  • By far, the movie's best scene.

  • YES! I WAS AFRAID THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN! GOOD OLD WW2 PR AMERICAN PROPAGANDA! GOTTA LOVE IT!

  • who is the girl at 2:13 i've been trying to find out, but I can't find her on the full cast and crew list. She's so beautiful...

  • so theres him and a bunch of girls on the stage, who sings the man parts init????

  • Even Armin Zola likes this

  • 1:49

The hero in a comic book movie gets his own comic book. How meta can you get? ;)

  • 3 dislikes=Hitler,Red Skull,Crossbones

  • Best Comic Book Movie Ever !! CATFA >> IM1

  • did i just see someone praising Spider Man 3? That film was terrible.....too many characters, weak storyline.....the list goes on and on.....

  • I was absolutely sure that Hitler punch would appear in this film. And well...I was right!

  • The second/third best part of the movie. My personal face is when he asks agent Carter if she fondues with Howard Stark. Other second/third-when he comes out of the machine. Come on people! He is literally glowing!!!!

  • The dancer who wears the white is the HOTTEST<3

  • who wants to kill some Communists or Nazis?

  • @ajsaccount1991 I DO!

  • 3 dislikes. must be a nazi.

  • evidence why this movie got so much buzz and stood out among other superhero movies. a song and dance scene is amazing

  • Easily the best part of the movie.

  • 2:36, captain americas sheild. The stadium looks like the sheild

  • @SUPGism I think that's suppose to be the Hollywood Bowl stage, but I can't remember if that stage was around in the 1940s.

  • @zeekslider It was around. It was completed at 1922.

  • @SUPGism It almost does.

  • 1:32 You just can't have a captain america movie without cap socking Hitler!

  • all I can say is, thank you Alan Menken

  • hothothotohotohotohotyothhotohotohotohotohotohoyt

  • If you have this movie on DVD, i would definitely recommend watching "Outfitting a Hero" really interesting behind the scenes look at the taking the costume from the comics, how they put it in, and how it evolved.

  • For once I would like to see the classic anti-Hitler comedy movie Nazti Nuisance and compare that Hitler with this one here.

  • @Warets. Me too!!!!!!!! Why do you like them? I like them because they both use technology and they don't care about the money. Unlike superman (born with powers, stupid) and ironman (likes all the attention, arrogant and stupid)

  • dancer pretty

  • I like Batman and Captain America. Anyone else?

  • @Warets ME TO! I also like Iron Man, The Question, Superman, Rorscach...

  • awwww women like that is what i need...

  • Epic moment

  • Mmmmmmmm.... World War II dames.... Mmmmmm...

  • @psychoxander

I know how you feel. oh yeah.

  • I dont know about you, but I prefer corny action-based heroes like Captain America and Spiderman to angsty heroes like Batman. Theyr just so much fun to watch! :) Same with the movies: forget the Dark Knight, id take a fun superhero action romp to an overblown detective story with enough depressing crap to fill a boat anyday!

Thanks for uploading this in good quality

  • @LordManda2 I am glad someone appreciates it :)

  • @LordManda2 I agree! Batman is so one-dimensional and boring personality wise. Captain America, Spiderman, Superman, they are all far above Batman physically, yet they are all far more human than he is.

  • @SenjiroAkechi One Dimensional? have you even seen the show or movies? or read the comics?

  • @LordManda2 Strongly disagree. Even though I enjoyed the corny action from Captain America movie, Batman is much better due to the main character not possessing any kind of superpower. It's far from perfect though, Batman in the movies is almost normal in comparison to the comics (as far as I saw Bruce Wayne has no identity problems, and several other issues steeming from his devotion to his ideals).

  • @Lethkul cool story bro :D

  • Yep.

  • @LordManda2 Probably explains why I'm beginning to Like Cap more ever since EMH came out. when Obama is like "Yes We Can" Captain America is like "Yes We Can...and we Will"

  • @LordManda2 I like both of the approaches. But yeah, I don't why people churn their noses to the fun ones. After seeing Captain America, I'd be fine with Joe Johnston doing all of them now on.

    Spider-Man 1,2, and 3 (YES, 3) were excellent films.

Captain America was an excellent film.

Iron Man was an Excellent film.

Green Lantern was okay. It's not spectacular, but doesn't deserve the hate it gets.

  • @VenomShock It seems to me that the earnest characters are MUCH harder to pull off. I imagine that a lot of writers and producers are scared of them, resorting to cheap irony and angst.

  • @LordManda2 i liked captain america a lot ( he is also my second favorite superhero) but the dark knight is not "depressing crap". It's serious and realistic which is why its so popular.

  • @MahBoi97125 I agree. Captain America is in my top 5 superheros and Batman is my number 1 favorite. I though the ending of Dark Knight was very uplifting and emotional, something even nonsuperhero movies lack most of the time.In my oppinion, the Nolan bros. should write and direct Justice League and Avengers 2. That would be awesome! Not only do they make great action, but also great stories!

  • @LordManda2 Dude, I love this just as much as you do, but Dark Knight is the BEST SUPERHERO FILM EVER! Dont get me wrong, I love fun cheesy action films and American patriotic propaganda, but theres more to Dark Knight than a depressing detective film, its a sort of modern film noir with bada** superhero action, occasional cheesy one liners, some funny moments, and an uplifting ending with a great message. Watch it, you'll love it.

  • @RANDOMFREAKSHOWCO did you really think I would bash a movie I havent already watched? Iv seen it, I like it, but I prefer heroes like Cap and Spidey. What of it?

  • @LordManda2 Well...maybe since others have. I'm actually glad you critiqued it after watching it as opposed to others. Like I said, I still love this, so no problem. What of it? well... I just replied to a post thats all.

  • @LordManda2 let's not get carried away here. they're both good in their own rights.

  • best part of the movie lol was surprised how much i liked this film, since i'm not even american
