Being that this is more likely the time of year that Christ was born anyway, I am inclined to enjoy this song even now, this far outside of the Christmas season.
@Michael52176 We have no Jewish feast information on his birth, only his death. We know that it's unlikely he was born in December, since the shepherds aren't "in fields keeping watch over their flocks by night"

@cornbread12987 actually if you think about it, the Passover (when Christ was born) is in spring. So probably was born in April.
