I mean I found him egotistical and kind of annoying but he really believed that what he would do was helping just making the world a better place, however when he claims to be a "god" was like no done. Personally, I love Light.

All around him he was hearing nothing but death and murder in the media, because they don't portray any of the good things happening around the world, he got the false impression that the world was literally rotting. I suppose he would have been depressed, and severely miss informed to take things into his own hands. Which is why I think Light is a victim in a way, because if he were only educated on the matter he could have see justice wasn't so simple.

The majority of the reason is simply because L's death made me very very sad. ): I think Light is rather, um, straightforward, if you kind of think about it. He set out to make the world a better place by killing "bad people", yet in the process, he killed many innocent people as well, and that sort of bloodshed was totally avoidable. Hmm...

That's why I consider Light a murderer...

His death would make me feel like he had atoned for his past sins :D
