@hardstyle905 True enough, as a practical matter. But as a matter of principle, are green cards Constitutional? Is immigration a delegated federal function? Is the general government authorized to interfere with your right to (in this case, private employment) contracts? No. These things -- and so much more -- are found not in Art. 1 Sec. 8, but in the 9th and 10th Amendments.
As a PRACTICAL matter, maybe see what assistance you can find at freestateproject(dot)org/jobs. Love to have ya...
