  • Thats not a mini. Its a shetland. or cross

  • Hi Golden Valley,

What are the height requirements for minis for the three classes? Thanks!

  • Well there a 2 classes, Amha (American Miniature Horse Association 34" and Under) or A and Amhr (American Miniature Registry Any Height under 38") or B. A real Miniature Horse is always under 38" unless they are cross breds (Shetland x Mini, Welsh x Mini and so on). I'm guessing this pony is a shetland x mini. It has a form of shetland.
