We were told that this idiotic man became a vegetable and couldn't walk, talk or even move. His parents gave permission to media to use this footage in hopes that people would be more seatbelt smart.

If he had been wearing a seatbelt, most of the damage could have been prevented and he could be walking, talking and generally having fun as we speak.
