I just bought a bad ass 1987 with an inline 6 from the owner of the Suburu dealership in Mobile. Love these cars. For those of us who are in the know, there is nothing finer than these XJ limited woodies. Gotta love it, bro. Gotta love it!

I had the same problem with my 90. I ended up replacing the EGR and cleaned up the vacuum lines and hoses. She purrs like a kitten now!

my grandpa's old Wagoneer XJ was an '88 as well, and another difference between it and the Cherokee is that the Wagoneer has a chime while the Cherokee has the highly annoying "scary buzzer."

the diference between the cherokee limited is the chevy style front grill/lights, the interior trim and collors, the rear lights are in only in red.

between the wagoneer base and wagoneer limited
