To me, I don't think these chain attacks are worth it. They both require 5 kan, but if you take Juto's ultimate technique and chain it normally with Argo's ultimate technique, then they do WAY more damage than any chain attack. Now that I think of it, I'm surprised that Juto and Argo doesn't have an co-op technique. It should be the X-slash! Like in Chrono Trigger, only not copyrighted lol!
Ugh. Probably the worst challenge for me in the entire game was a quest where you had, absolutely had, to kill a monster with a co-op move. Plus it was with only the two characters with the move and Zephie wasn't around to provide heals. And I kept messing it up. My guys almost died several times and it was the most humiliating like 15 minutes of my life until I finally got it to work.
@HuntrBlackLuna x) to pass that fckin kitteh, i actually had to: 1. die 2. check the cube mail for information about co-op techniques 3. try it out 4. die again 5. you didn't notice i jumped the 4rth one did you? 6. that's because i didn't 7. try it out again 8. take of my clothes and dance 9. do it all over again because i accidentally turned of the xbox and didn't save 10. jks, but i did take a long time though.

@hanzo661 as i recall, one of the characters said something like "YEA lets beat the living hell out of those defenseless standing enemies with our awesomeness"
to do this move you have to have both characters have 5 kans or more after the 1st character's skill to triger the chain. then on the scene where the chain is being executed, the right arrow will appear (it's really fast, so i suggest you press the right d-pad repeatedly as you chain to the next character).
why must these moves be so god damn hard to trigger >.> ... I do everything as the game tolds, never this shit arrow appears to trigger the renkai ougi ...
I bring both characters up to the damn 5 needed KAN, then i start with one of the characters after going into overdrive the chain and what then?
right after u get a chain link and u switch to ur only character inster of going into overheat ibstantly press right on the d pad before doing anything first
the renkei ougi as he said are flashy but don't do much damage but their kyuukyoko ougi definitely do some great damage and will end boss fights pretty quick. Also there are only 6 playable characters.
