Most of them probably weren't Jamaican, though. You also forgot Da Bush Babees. Phife from ATCQ would sometimes do that as well, but not for whole verses really.

@westwood123x His first couple solo albums are still quite good. The Coming is basically this Busta minus most of the ragga influence in his vocals, and over darker '96 type of beats. When Disaster Strikes and E.L.E. both start have more filler, but there are plenty of hardcore tracks still and even the hit singles like "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See" and "Gimme Some More" are still ill as hell. Compared to some rappers from the '90s, he hasn't fallen as hard as he could have.
