And mind you I love the Young Veins so I am not one of those fans trying to throw panic! at them all the time. I am glad they could break off and do what THEY wanted to do. :) I just think this is their side of the story, ya know?

I think this song is about the split. "There was a hope when we found the bridge of a place we'd never been" meaning they found new hope in writing the new genre of music they found

"From the outside looking in I sure do make an easy target. Nice to know that you were always wanted" meaning that from all of the media coverage and interviews it was easy to point fingers at Ryan and Jon and criticize. Next line could be sarcastic to the people that were telling them to just go and get out. IMO

I got to see this band on tour. I hadn't heard the songs on the album yet, but I loved this song immediately. I thought it was the best one they did (they're all great).

Well okay ...I'm not as sad anymore hearing that The Young Veins are on hiatus for the moment...and hearing the Brendon said is definitely was a possibility in the future fpr panic! to come back as one.I'm now a lot happier :)

My favorite Young Veins song.

I kinda like them better than Panic at the moment, which is really odd, because I was like in love with Pretty. Odd. and I still am, but this is really quite brilliant.
