I have a friend who was a heroin addict, maybe he still uses a bit but I took some shit he had to get him off it, maybe it was subatex I'm not sure...

But whatever it was, it was powder and I snorted like too much of it, thinking it would just be like coke... and it was like a fucking intense, instant, clear, mind-blowing high. So maybe it was a heroin substitute.

Then I puked NON-STOP for about 8 hours straight. Then got paranoid as fuck / started hearing things.

Same goes for the one who shits the bed - he'd just come off it too, and his incident was related to being extremely drunk, which irritates the intestines and can cause diarrhea (as anyone who's had a serious hangover will probably know).

@MrVinushka If he was high on heroin, no matter how much he drank, what he ate etc., he ain't gonna be needing to take a dump like that, Now if he was snorting baby laxative, that would account for it. It was used to cut both coke and heroin. The mix of coke and lax stimulate the bowel, thats why 80s coke heads often needed to hit the toilet right after snorting it. The only heroin users that needed to dump after use were the ones getting ripped off/sold lax LOL !!

Opiates trick your body/brain into stopping filling your brains 'pleasure' receptors 'cause you are artificially filling them with dope.When you try to stop, the brain needs time to kick back in (withdrawal period). Sometimes it doesn't recover fully. Imagine never feeling 'happy' again. Meth is worse. You will regret it to your dying day.
