Real swingin' toe-tapper! I was at the first-morning opening of Ontario Place back in 1971...the joint was great, like a mini-Expo 67, far superior to what it's devolved to ...and this hard-to-forget brainwashing tune was playing EVERYWHERE - first time I've heard it in 40 years! We caught the first-ever public performance of IMAX "North of Superior" at Cinesphere; remains a pivotal cinematic experience for me. The audience was STUNNED.
Would anyone here know if any of the male/female singers in this song were also (or [as they case may be] would later be) members of the Laurie Bower Singers? Or sing on any of Jerry Toth's records? Or Bill Badgley"s?
More of Dolores Claman's subtle genius (Hockey Night in Canada Theme, "A Place to Stand", etc.)...why isn't she more publicly celebrated as a national institution? She only came to recent fame during the whole "Hockey Night" theme debacle a few years back.

@Tamfict23 ya now they've sold out to Molsons, killed the Forum, and now they admit it's a complete zero. Way to go, Government of Ontario.

Awesome!
I like this version too. There is also another Government of Ontario 45rpm I recently found that is just as funky.

Wow you are fast on the draw my friend! Thanks for the comment. Here's hoping you'll upload that 45! The Government of Ontario, bigger than Elvis!
