@fewag I don't know if I translated this correctly, but you are urging the use of a tire instead of a sandbag? Or perhaps you are saying that you do both. I have no problem with the use of either training tool. The tire has a distinct bounce-back which I cannot say imitates the human body much, although it creates alternative rhythms that are fun.

Speaking of "Sticks",We were doing some weapons sparring in my shaolin training today, And this guy got caught right in the orbital with a short stick....lets just say he need stitches. Yeah, everlast is cheap......but it works
