Who will remember, 3 years from now, if he brakes these promises in terms of this award? Nobody. His biggest achievement, bar none, was to avert a global nuclear war, during the Cuban missile crises. He negotiated with the Russians, leveled with his counterparts, didn't blow it out of proportion. None of us would be here today, talking about this, if the wrong decisions had been made at that time. The de-classified records in this regard are mind blowing.
