What kind of helmet cam are you using in this vid? Could you please watch my video and tell me if my cam is tilted to low? btw i have this sled love it
@ModernRedneck13 I used a VIO POV cam for this and my other helmet cam vids. Your vid is good but I think it would be better if the cam was tilted up a little bit more.
how's the sled in the turns? like is it kinda top heavy? i've never ridden a new gen sled with the new frames, i currently have a 2000 Polaris Indy Classic 500 and it's pretty low to the ground. I'd like to know because i'd like to get one of these sleds one year and try out USCC
@stevecrf13 it handles great! it is a tall sled for sure, but i think most of the weight is low in the chassis. something like a '94-95 xcr might corner flatter but the sno-pro is by far the best handling of the newer long travel sleds i have ridden or ridden with.
How is the machine for cruising the wide open trails? looks like a blast for ditch bangin but curious how it does on long rides and how quick a 500 it is. NIce vid
@tparkerz400 Thanks! It is VERY quick up to about 60 then pretty "flat" up to a top speed of around 80-85. Almost no flat, straight trails around here so it's fine for me. It is quite comfortable on long rides, much more so than my 04 + 06 revs were. Very nice rider position, and a fairly warm sled.
hey man, I got a question about the sled. I got a 2011 on order and all I've been hearing about the sled is great things but, the parts guy at the dealership i got the sled said he's been hearing about these things blowing up when held wide open more more then a few seconds and the jetting needs to be set alot through the winter.. How has your egeine been so far? Have you heard of these problems before?
Do these have reverse?

looks like it has a hard time steering, just slides across the snow.

@nothinbutpremo420 depends. are you talking about a 600 racer? mine's a 500, so it's efi and not too high-strung, pretty much pull and go.
from what i've read the 600s are really dependable for a race sled. there's quite a bit of info about them on hardcoresledder
