omega three oils from fish are a great source however u must be careful with all the inferior brands of omega three oils you can buy otc. also please be careful when eating Salmon, only eat wild alaskan salmon never eat atlantic or norwegian salmon because it is farm raised.. Farm raised salmon have a ratio of omega six to omega three that is skewed in the omega 6 direction and is filled with lots of contaminants do to the feed that is use. Salmon oil should be wild caught fish only!
