@Jaynit Satan know the Bible like the back of his hand, but he doesn't believe it. He doesnt believe that he will not be able to take over heaven, no matter how much evidence he has. Its like people today. You can give them historical and scientific evidence that something has happened or exist, but unless they see it, they won't believe it. The scorched earth is like a planet of fiery sea, with no land on it, is the "lake of fire" which we call as hell. Satan will also die in the fire, not tending it as most people believe.

Sorry but the Bible does not teach the immortality of the soul only those who are saved receive it when Christ comes the 2nd time "... For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality." 1 Cor 15:51-53." In John 3:16 Jesus says there are only 2 options "everlasting life" or you "perish." He did not say everlasting punishing, but everlasting punishment, that is the consequences are everlasting.
