  • nice oscar looks pretty big in the video

  • 55g is pushing it for an adult Oscar, but since he's the only fellow in there, it probably will do just fine. These guys recommend a minimum of 75g. But nonetheless he's a very beautiful Oscar.

  • Bruce is adorable. Great name too! :)

  • MY FISH IS NAMED BRUCE TOO!!!

  • good reply dude*thumbs up* anyway i wanted to ask something....is it okay if i put two small oscars in a 20g tank or can hav 1 in a 20g tank?

  • that fish is class and your tank looks class its given me an idea for my tank setup thanx :)

  • I didn't realize it needed to cycle and although he suffered a little, he was much better off than he was before I found him. I had a 55 gallon tank that I cleaned up and finally put him in. He was probably 5" long when we took him in and is at least 12" maybe 13" now.

  • How long have you had the Oscar? and how big was it when you got him?

  • He belonged to my next door neighbor who's house got trashed during Hurricane Katrina. He had a brother the same age and a placastamas in a four gallon tank. His brother was already belly up and he was fighting for his life when I found him three days after the storm. No electricity and no food. I took him and his little buddy and put them in a 10 gallon tank in my garage on a generator for about a month. Every time the water got bad, I'd just change the whole tank.
