at the time of this video Todd was still in Skavossas, another great Ska band that progressed to more Soul songs and changed to Heavy Step. Todd Hembrook makes any band sound great.

todd is what makes the band, the other guy was just average, the ramblers is the best us ska cd in ten years

"Pirates" and the second one is called "Elephants"

The footage is from 1998. The members of the current lineup in the band at this time were Mike Corcoran (drummer) and Dave Simon (guitarist).

if I'm not mistaken 14yrs now. Mike (guitar is the founder of DGB) Todd and Spider def add soul the their sound now.
