He argued like that all the time and many people didn't like it and he seemed to get away with it. That kind of way of doing things is sort of fascist and it got him a lot of enemies.
Why couldn't he just admit that he the truth that he would rather there be less ethnic people in the country?

I volunteered for Greenpeace for a few days in the many years ago. I couldn't do it for long because i supported the US when Iraq invaded Kuwait.
The thing is with people like you, if there are no ethnic people to pick on then you'll find somebody else, like Manning did.
Manning probably got away with being bullied for his peculiar looks at school because he was good with jokes.
He was a mean bastard though and was intelligent enough to realise that he was unfair when arguing with people.

Bernard Manning is still alive - 3 of my friends have seen him drinking at the crown & cushion in Northampton - it was definitely him he even told them to naff off in a northern accent.

He was a kindly old man who grew up in abject poverty in an England not used to immigration. He made millions of people laugh over his lifetime and was playing to enraptured audiences until his dying day.
