heck, it's England .What you are probubly seeing is a van with a portable scanning device. What you need to worry about is the vehicle that isn't marked.

The radiation symbol is almost always a circle type design. Instead this is the black part of the radiation symbol inside a yellow or golden pyramid. Which of course the pyramid is a major Illuminati or elitist symbol. Not saying that this van does or does not have anything to do with blackjack. But I would expect them to use their symbols, as they always use their symbols and dates. Although they won't use the exact symbols that they used in blackjack or jericho.

Hospital waste is usually carried in "Biohazard" containers and very little "radioactive waste" comes from hospitals but nonetheless can still be hospital waste. The sign on this van seems to be a incomplete radioactive sign thats used on vehicles when carrying radioactive stuff.

I don't think that's from a hospital. It's not a bio-hazard symbol. It's definitely a radiation symbol.
