Although vegetarianism was mankind's original diet, after the flood God allowed humans to eat animals. Right before the Exodus, God gave instructions concerning the passover, which included eating animals. Sacrificing animals was part of the law. Jesus ate fish and observed the passover. Although a man may claim that Jesus' brother was a vegetarian we can't be sure he was. Even if he was, he became a vegetarian afterwards, when it was not necessary to observe the passover.
I think this video misses the point a bit. Jesus certainly came to save the souls of men & taught us that we can not save ourselves but that we must cling to him. Vegetarianism was introduced to Adam & Eve as the original diet & during the exodus God planned to feed the multitude with Manna. I do not know if Jesus was vegetarian or not. I know two things 1) The word meat in the bible was often mistranslated to mean flesh/animal but was flesh of fruit. Telephone game worked wonders on the bible with this. 2) If Jesus saw the way animals were treated today, viewed factory farms (learned what shepherds were replaced with) I can safely assume he would not support the industry or enjoy a meal that came from cruel slaughter. @gary77777778888888 There are many flaws to your argument, at least from a Canadian perspective. 1) here meat is not donated, it's eaten by the hunters, and when you factor in all costs from tags to equipment, hunting is not cheaper then buying meat. 2) hunters don't spend millions to protect wildlife and habitat. Nearly all money from tags goes to management, mostly population surveys and enforcement. meaning most money from hunters protects wildlife from hunters.

Consider that in a huge country with lots of wildlife, like Canada, only 7% of people hunt. and the healthiest habitats are the most protected (no hunting, no interference). And if you are so worried about global hunger you will give up meat, It takes 16lbs of grain to get 1lb of beef. Think of all the people you could feed.

Unfortunatly the ark is not symbolic as the ark itself can be seen on Mt Ararat and scientifically proved to have bedn made from gofer wood. Yes we were vegetarian before the flood but after it basically all vegetation was destroyed. And therefore God allowed us to eat meat however this was ok before the flood also as God killed a animal to dress adam and eve in skins.

This video is wrong. Yeshua kept the law perfectly as he lived without sin. Keeping the law perfectly required the observance of YHWH's feasts. The Passover was instituted in Exodus chapter 12 and required the Israelites to eat meat. If we are to believe Yeshua lived without sin and kept the law perfectly, then we must also believe that he ate lamb; making it impossible for him to be a vegetarian.

Right before the Exodus, God gave instructions concerning the passover, which included eating animals. Sacrificing animals was part of the law. Jesus ate fish and observed the passover. I think this video misses the point a bit. Jesus certainly came to save the souls of men & taught us that we can not save ourselves but that we must cling to him. Vegetarianism was introduced to Adam & Eve as the original diet & during the exodus God planned to feed the multitude with Manna. The Israelites complained so much about the Manna that God made a consession & allowed them to eat flesh. I do not know if Jesus was vegetarian or not. I know two things 1) The word meat in the bible was often mistranslated to mean flesh/animal but was flesh of fruit. Telephone game worked wonders on the bible with this. 2) If Jesus saw the way animals were treated today, viewed factory farms (learned what shepherds were replaced with) I can safely assume he would not support the industry or enjoy a meal that came from cruel slaughter. So if he wasn't veg then, he would be now.

@gary77777778888888 There are many flaws to your argument, at least from a Canadian perspective. 1) here meat is not donated, it's eaten by the hunters, and when you factor in all costs from tags to equipment, hunting is not cheaper then buying meat. 2) hunters don't spend millions to protect wildlife and habitat. Nearly all money from tags goes to management, mostly population surveys and enforcement. meaning most money from hunters protects wildlife from hunters.

The only reason the park had to resort to a cull was because of people feeding deer in winter keeping the population unnaturally high. Most hunting as a management tool is do to over hunting of predator species, that would have taken the prey. Hunting is only a management strategy because people already messed up the ecosystem. As i said my partner is a wildlife technician who has worked on these types of projects. Consider that in a huge country with lots of wildlife, like Canada, only 7% of people hunt. and the healthiest habitats are the most protected (no hunting, no interference). And if you are so worried about global hunger you will give up meat, It takes 16lbs of grain to get 1lb of beef. Think of all the people you could feed.

In a vision to the apostle Peter, Jesus declared all foods to be clean, including animals (Acts 10:10-15). After the flood in Noah's time, God gave humanity permission to eat meat (Genesis 9:2-3). God has never rescinded this permission.

I don't believe that one man or a large group of Church leaders would be able to change the structure of the Bible. The New Testament clearly depicts Him eating fish and lamb in Luke, sharing fish with the masses in Matthew, and He specifically declares all food clean, including animals in Acts. God gave man permission to eat animals in Genesis and is never depicted as saying otherwise. What IS said in scripture is one should not judge others on what they choose to eat in Romans. He who has not sinned cast the first stone, I say. If God can forgive a man that has kill another PERSON then so can he forgive a person that eats the meat of an animal. Your main problem is you think Jesus IS God. He's the SON of God. God made the rules, not Jesus.

The great flood destroyed might have destroyed vegetation and god wanted noah/ man to survive by eating ANY animal. When floods disappeared and because human beings became habituated to meat, God didn't withdraw his permission to eat animals, but told which animals are good to eat and which are not good for health. It's the same flood that turned vegetarian animals into carnivores.

@megarajesh007 behave, firstly noah couldn't of got 2 of every single animal into the ark because not all types & species of animals live in the same place, they are spread out all over the earth.so he couldn't of gone all over the earth to get them could he? also he would took a shit load of food on board with him for his family & to feed all these animals of which there were many, there was no cookers or fridges n freezers, so he could hardly start a fire on a wooden boat to cook them..also

@megarajesh007 also imagine the mess made when slaughtering them, aside from the mess the animals would of made, it would of been disgusting inside and noah and his famliy probably would of died of something, imagine the stench, the pineal gland/thirdeye in the brain when activated is known as the knower/noah and it's part of our body which is a vessel/ark carrying our spirits, so the story of noah's ark maybe was symbolic not literal as a lot of stuff is peace

It is known as the 1st Council of Nicea. The bishops poured over the ancient writings and they chose what would be part of the religion known as christianity. They created the Holy BIble.They omitted 45 books and edited others. If man hasnt been given access to all the ancient writings, he doesnt know the truth.

Jesus is called the lamb of God because lambs were used as a type or shadow of Christ in sacrifices to God the Father for remission of sins, symbolicly pointing forward to the day that the "Lamb of God" would once and for all destroy the powers of sin and death by His death and ressurrection from death. The whole point of old testament Hebrewism was sacrifice of animals to sted God's wrath until the ultimate sacrifice would be made in Jesus.

The Essenes teach that Jesus fed the multitudes bread and grapes. Not fish. During the 1st council of Nicea, ancient writings were edited, omitted and some taken and hidden away by the bishops commissioned by the Roman Emperor Constantine. Since the ancient writings were edited by man, one can not just assume their accuracy. Peace be with you.

This video is wrong. Yeshua kept the law perfectly as he lived without sin. Keeping the law perfectly required the observance of YHWH's feasts. The Passover was instituted in Exodus chapter 12 and required the Israelites to eat meat. If we are to believe Yeshua lived without sin and kept the law perfectly, then we must also believe that he ate lamb; making it impossible for him to be a vegetarian.

I am not sure what I believe myself but I am leaning towards the vegetarian as the better path. I once was vegetarian and should have stayed that way. Anyway just food for thought:-)

@JivaPurusa I don't believe there is anything wrong with being vegetarian. Although we are to keep the appointed times of YHWH (the feasts), we are no longer required to make sacrifices since Yeshua fulfilled that part of the law through his sacrifice. In fact, man was originally designed to eat only vegetables and fruits in Genesis 1:29. It wasn't till after the flood that YHWH allowed Noah and his family to eat meat. However, some meats are clean and some are unclean.
