Thanks so much for posting this gorgeous piece. Not typical of Williams compositional style but still a glowing (no pun intended!) testament to the diversity of his genius. So simple, so lovely. It really does evoke stars, heavens, snowflakes, lit-up Christmas trees, presents, candles etc. Beautiful!!

This song brings back so many memories of when I use to work at the movie theater at the time of this movie, Home Alone 2, way back when. I think of the smell and sound of the popcorn machine, everyone so happy and excited it was the holidays, great energy, and I use to go in the theater to listen to this song when it played and just reflect.
