In my book, Phineas and ferb *do* get busted, but the exact opposite of what happens in this video happens there. Linda is understanding of their actions, and allows them to do what they please as long as they stay safe. As for Candace, she's sent to a 12-step program known as "Busters Anonymous" because Linda believes she has a busting addiction.
