The knife ht his optic nerve which was right behind his eye. You can get shot in the eye b an arrow and have it miss but that was death when it hit.

but fire can spread and ghost does look motion-less. some people can survive 3 bullets to the chest and some people can die from 1 shot to the foot.

and fire with gasoline doesn't spread well, and the area was gas, all but where they were thrown.

So the fire would have a hard time spreading to him with no gas, and on dirt.

Either way, everyone needs to wait for modern warfare 3, or for infantry ward to say something.

But Infantry Ward did say that gaz is not ghost.

Now i did hear something said but a employee that ghost might still be alive...

I heard the rumor that gaz is ghost, but it isint true i did a test, in cod4 gaz's head is shorter than ghost's is, seems like the eye color isint quite on, but ghost has shades it was hard to tell, And if they made a main character die and come back, they would have announced it somewhere in the game, all gaz and ghost have in common is that they have the same voice actor, (And died ect.)
