@Tj1056 If you do it in SCCA racing, it's a penalty. FIA has the same rules for GT racing. Also DTM, WTCC, BTCC, JGTC, and pretty much every racing league out there. You can put the car in a spot that prevents an inside pass, but swerving around is unsafe and illegal in all forms of organised racing. If you cut to the inside and the other guy tries to go high, you have to let him. That's how it's done in real life.

Everyone needs to start using the player review system a little more. Forza 3 adheres to it better than any game I've seen yet. I got into a race with a guy that kept wrecking me. None of the other 3 players would boot him. Every time I quit, I got put right back into the same lobby. finally I submitted a bad review on him and quit again this time I was placed in a different lobby with better players. That's illegal and on a real racetrack it will result in penalty... the best way is wait behind him until a hairpin turn than over take from the inside, if he decides to block, he'll ram his back end into you, and already having momentum during the turn he'll pit manoeuvre himself.
