At one point, during World War 2, Queen Mary transported 16,683 souls onboard on a single crossing. A record that still stands to this day.

The Queen Mary was launch on September 26, 1934. She was 1019 feet long, 118 feet wide 200 feet from keel to top of her forward funnel, 234 from keel to mast tip. weigh 81,000 ton, & can carry 3220 passengers & crew. The Queen Mary was & still is the greatest ship of all time. Queen Mary made her maiden Voyage on May 27, 1936. Queen Mary eventually took the Blue Riband from the French Line's Normandie. RMS Queen Mary was the 1st of 6 Queen Cunard White Star Liners. the other 5 are Queen Elizabeth, Queen Elizabeth 2, Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, & in October, Queen Elizabeth.
