Just finished watching this film and really enjoyed it. I especially got a kick of out that guy's tattoo, Frankenstein. It relates so perfectly to May herself. A poor, misunderstood person who feels ugly and unwanted by society and, because of this, ends up hurting the very people who she originally tried to care for after each of them cruelly rejects her. Then, like Dr. Frankenstein himself, she creates her own "creature." Great film, highly recommend.

The only sad thing about this movie, is the effort they put into it and that you people can have an emotional connection to it. There was five actors, and they were medicore at best, the props and effects were dollar store quality, and the acting was less believable then a kindergarten Christmas play. This is an excellent movie....much much much better then your average horror film. Plus, Angela Bettis is so fine and such a great actress. The main reason this movie is so great is because of her great acting.

The only part I didn't like was the very end....but I knew it was coming. I kept saying "no, don't do it..."

This was a great movie, although both dolls creeped me the f*ck out. And, no offense to May, if somebody bit my lip and then smeared my blood all over 'em- I'd leave too.

I found that movie really sad :( Like when she was a kid no one wanted to play with her and her mom was embarrassed of her and her only friend was that doll. Then for the rest of her life she didn't know how to act normal and everyone who he thought was her friend betrayed her or didn't understand her. My favorite part was when she did the whole "Make over" thing all the movies do but what she changed the most was how she acted :) I loved the killing but the ending was VERY sad....

I watched this movie not long ago, and I thought it was absolutely terrible. I ordered it Ondemand, thinking it would be a good horror flick, but I was wrong. While watching it I laughed a lot; Mainly because it was so idiotic. A majority of the film consisted of her getting rejected and crying about it. I mean, she doesnt even start killing people until the last half hour of the flick. And as for the ending; It was so abrupt, it was pathetic. . . This would be a good comedy though. It's a joke.

One of the best horror films ever. Like Roger Ebert said, "May is a horror film and something more and deeper, something disturbing and oddly moving." I bought this the day it hit DVD. I had been dying to see it since it was in theaters but the closest it ever came to me was 3 hours away. Should have made the trip! It would have been worth it for what would eventually become one of my favorite films. This is a terrific character study horror film. Angela Bettis was A-MAY-ZING! SEE IT!! SEE IT!!
