The body fluid sounds like bullshit to me. They just added that in so that the contact gets implemented. Schools exaggerate all the time in order to get what they want.
I think high school are getting too tight and trying to control every aspect of a teenager's life. If they're 18 and eligible to enter a war, I think they should be free to dance freely.

The big group at my dance, they compete in dance off's against each other not nasty stuff. Fluids never have to be cleaned at my school, and if so then why hasnt sweat been the factor? Dear Grandpa Cenk, students in many schools will not obey instructions from authority figures until an escalation of threats occurs. Since they are all doing this, you can't get enough adults to patrol effectively. Not to mention that the purpose of the cluster is to prevent adults from patrolling areas where students are not only grinding, but engaging in oral sex and other sexual activity. It seems impossible, but it happens.

@samiam2088 believe it. when i was in HS (Co'02), this stuff was happening in good, wholesome MS. there was a couple that got expelled for rubbing the dude off in class. kids had sex in bathrooms & under bleachers during PE, etc. There were even some teachers that were so inattentive, kids would smoke cigs in their class and they never caught on. take some horny kids, put them in a dark room, with loud music, and a pile of kids to block some teachers' old eyes, what you think's going to happen

The cumming must be relatively exclusive to one school. In my high school they banned all dances.
So a couple of groups just started holding them independently each month. They were better funded and had better locations anyway.

The truth is that dance styles have changed aka more intimate/physical, and whatever was appropriate ways of dancing 20,30,40 years ago, it's just not gonna be "enough" for kids of today... i'm older now, and to be honest if i'm going out clubbing, i want to be up next to the woman, not just simply hold her hand or dance 2-3 feet from her without touching her like they did in the past.
