Bisping is not championship material. He has been fighting middle-range guys in order to keep wining so that he stays a huge aspect in the UK area. Every time that Bisping faced a former champion, he lost. I mean, he says he hopes to fight someday for the belt and he faces now Jorge Rivera. Why not Marquardt, Sonnen, Maia, Franklin, Belfort, even Palhares or Cote? Because UFC knows that he will propably lose to them and fears of the impact that this might have in the European market.
The co main event and main event in UFC 120 was awesome! Even if I got up 6:00am Sunday to watch it. I think there are a lot of Bisping haters that refused to watch it simply because he was in it, but it was worth it. Bisping's striking power seems to improve every fight. He landed that straight right over and over, and Akiyama still wouldn't go down. It almost reminded me of Dr Iron Fist on The Cannon Briggs. Not many would have predicted Condit to win by KO either. Left hook baby yeah!

Dan Hardy maybe cocky, but I am very impressed with the way he takes the lost.. He's very honest with himself, and giving all the credit to the better fighter that night which is Carlos. that kind of honesty reminds me of GSP. Hardy will definitely come back stronger.

There are tons of fighters that deserved a headlining opportunity other than Bisping. But since it was going down in the U.K. they compromised, and essentially said "fuck those other guys". Meanwhile, Bisping was 1/1 in his last two.

1. Akiyama keeps on losing which is ofc not good if he wanna stay in ufc.

Why do all american fight fans—who really aren't fight fan at all because they don't allow themselves to appreciate great fighters—blindly hate all UK fighters.
Bisping won, and has been winning, in very impressive fashion. Hardy is as tough as they come and goes out and lays it on the line every time he's in the cage. If you like fights, if you train, how can you not respect these dudes? That is, unless, you are just a jingoist shit head, of course...
