i took my old pedals, connected them together with a plank, then inside i connected the wire to the other pin of the ONE PEDAL's potentiometer. So both of them would rise or fall togeter on the axis. and then just connected the 2 wires of the whole pedal set to the usb controller inside the wheel's body (3&9pins). when calibrating dont forget to put in the middle position (both pedals 1/2). works fine. at least in the games where you can easily operate with that axis stuff.

Sometimes you can merge them, sometimes you can find addons for wheels.

The handling in this game is so fucking unrealistic it's not funny. It's like the wheels got super glue on them.

Why do you use heel toe and clutch when shifting? Do you do it for more realistic feel or do you have any mod that makes them work? Because I was disappointed when discovered that there's no need for them :(

Yeah, I do it for more realistic feeling, but in some real life cars you can shift without clutch and heel toe, but it abuse the car.

The don't use clutches or H patterns either.

Sure, WRC cars only use the clutch on transport stages and not during special stages, but since this is a GpN car, then you're stating facts that are simply wrong.

@HammerSlammerThrash Seeing as the gearbox patterns have to be identical to the homologation car from the factory, so the use of a sequential box is not outlawed, but none of the usual GpN cars have it, so they can't use it. Yes, GpN cars run dog engagements nowadays, so they don't use the clutch during special stages, but they do on transport stages because of the stress it puts on the entire driveline. Same thing in the WRC as well, despite the sequential boxes there.

To his defense i have to say that its all true what he say, the new rallycars(after 1993ca) uses this system because of the quickness in shifting.

The Audi S1 Evo 1 was shiftet with Clutch and a normal 5speed gearbox, and walter röhrl told the people in a interviev that this shifting so fast was a torture.

The Pikes Peak Quattro uses a Trigger on the Gearleaver.. is you push it the clutch will open, a prehistoric gadget^^ And then the Sequencial Gearboxes wre used.

In real life, you really need the Heel and Toe Shifting Technique. It makes the rpm of the enigne matches the each gear's rpm. If you don't you will get the jerky motion. The car will jerk forward and stall. So it's a racing technique. It won't give you the jerking motion so you won't upset the balance. Also when you get out of the curve you will be in the right gear and ready to accelerate again. So you won't spin out. hehe

Left foot braking is more common than you think. It's accually used in rally as well. Esspecially if the driver doesn't know how to do heel-toe.
