A new law has been put into effect in Canada. Any American hauler or any hauler period is NOT allowed into Canada if there is a downed horse in the trailer. They inspect every shipment that comes through and will refuse anyone passage if they have a downed horse. We are fixing the problems, one step at a time, without your help in the states where the problems begin. Make stricter laws regarding the transport. In Canada you cannot put a horse into the belly of a double decker trailer. Fix that.

Yes, there are horses who need to be destroyed for their sake or for the safety of others. That said, there is NO EXCUSE for not doing it humanely. A new law has been put into effect in Canada. Any American hauler or any hauler period is NOT allowed into Canada if there is a downed horse in the trailer. They inspect every shipment that comes through and will refuse anyone passage if they have a downed horse. We are fixing the problems, one step at a time, without your help in the states where the problems begin. Make stricter laws regarding the transport. In Canada you cannot put a horse into the belly of a double decker trailer. Fix that.

Thanks for the heads up. I see that. I have been a breeder, trainer, certified instructor and equine facilitated therapy professional since 1981. I think that qualifies me to speak on this issue. Yes, there are horses who need to be destroyed for their sake or for the safety of others. That said, there is NO EXCUSE for not doing it humanely. TRANSPORT of horses en masse is NOT humane regardless of what country it's in. The longer the distance the greater the crime. It needs 2 b done at home.

They are inhumanely trucked to Mexico (where they are slaughtered by being stabbed in the spinal cord, hit and miss) or Canada (where they are stunned with a bolt gun and then hung by their hind legs to have their throats cut). He banned me from there since it is his video. If he shows up here or any other anti slaughter horse lover videos ill be there to. Hes a scumbag who lives in alberta canada. i love animals, but i also can't live without fresh meat.

Food is there for men to be eaten, only if men accepts and agrees for the food that is there for them. DO NOT SLAUGHTER AND KILL for those who want more then that is given to them! THAT'S NOT FOOD, THAT'S GREEDY!!

the difference bettween horse and pig and cow slaghter, is that the horses are abused and beaten and killed in the most inhumane way posible. the get shipped from the united states to mexico or canada, in cramped trailers without food or water. i think that horses should not be slaughtered.

i agree with puppypaw10 but i love a good steak haha and i ride horses i hunt i trap i fish and horses are not cheap so if they can pay to slaughter them well i say let them and not all the horses are being treated as bad as people thank people just go and look at the few horses that have been treated like crap and make it seems like thats happening to all of them so all you peta people need to mind your own buisness and move on and grow up haha and techno music rocks and i love hunting amen!!!

This seriously Pisses me off! Horses are for love and kindness. What if we were horses. Would we be put through that crap! There is NOOO excuse for this. I have a horse and love her to death!! If I ever meet anyone who works in this business, I will kick there Ass!! I seriously Hate this. Stop ALL animal slaughter for Lifee!! It doesnt matter if you r poor and cant sell your horse, give it away for free!
