What about cancers that aren't immunogenic and aren't recognizable by the immune system? It won't matter how healthy you are, your immune system still won't clear it. (PS they you must do chemotherapy to prevent mitosis of fast growing cells).

I love how this video doesn't talk about the immune system at all, its just a bit metaphor that isn't really accurate. Didn't hear a thing about T-cells or B-cells or tumor suppressor genes or any other immune system response.
