thanx! mainly i do isshinryu, but also traditional weapons (and a bit of aerobic, if it counts).

great video, I suggest more head to toe videos, So the full defense and or attack move can be seen. Also try practicing and fight in highheels...it's more of a challenge..let alone weapons on your feet...Yes I teach a womens street self defense class. keep in touch, again great video.

Good video montage, good fight scenes, and very impressive style of martial art. you two girls are practicing weapons in a very good way. I practice gongfu, but still not use weapons except for the stick (bo). I'd like to learn your fight art.

I've formerly practiced Hung Gar(2 years) and then,3 years ago,I passed to the study of northern Shaolin.I've studied barehand sequences, but now I'm practicing the stick sequence.After that I will study saber,spear and finally sword,that seems more difficult than other weapons.And you?when did you start your practice and how much time did it passed before you took a weapon in your hands?it seems you are comfortably using it

:) glad you like it. good point about the camera, in fact the whole thing was made with a cheap webcam...but for other videos we did some sceens outside and with better stuff, and there is indeed a great difference. :)
