Hey what's up! I know what a furry convention is but what is the difference between a furry convention and a anthro convention? By the way I think I know what the difference between a furry and a anthro, I think one is where it means a furry is a person that dresses up in a animal human costume and a anthro is a person that wears a animal costume with human characteristics. Is that basically the same thing? By the way when is the next furry or anthro con?

@stherianthrope Furry conventions and anthro conventions are the same thing. "Furry" is just an easier term to call the fandom than "anthropomorphic fans".

Also, your are mistaken about the costumes. It does not matter what type of costume a person has. You don't need a fursuit to be a furry.
