After Scout Update! Hold a minigun (Doesn't matter which one) and then goto the character loadout (M) and select the other minigun, go back to game, spin minigun, walk into resupply, taunt, Terrorise everyone as civillian!

No. I think not, just change minigun and spin it go to a cabinet stop spin now taunt and INCOMIIIING!

it is possible still. Press M, or w/e ur inv is, then equip the other mini and go to a closet while spinning and then taunt. should work.
