  • Shocking that an american calls up and asks that ignorant question.. lol..plays right into the stereotype on both sides..

  • Did sami yusaf just say "thank god" i thought hes muslim and worships allah 0.o"

  • we can't blame anyone! he is right on his way

  • so if he is saying everything is halal, what about alcahol#?

  • stopp using musical instrument apart fromt the duff and you'll be ok. Insh'Allah.

  • you're so nice.. uhhh i want to meet you so bad!! COME TO PALESTINE!!!!

  • good talk we will support you inshaallah

  • nice thing

  • may allah bless him.... and i hate how people put him as kifir :@ only because his shiia!! i love him and respect him like my own muslim brother

  • AZƏRBAYCAN deyən dillərinə quzu kəsim... Biz səninlə fəxr edirik!!! Allah sənə həmişə yardımçı olsun!!! Amin!!!

  • HONOR IN ISLAM? HA HA HA..MUHAMMED WAS A BANDIT. IT IS A PITY THAT YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW YOUR OWN MUSLIM CANONICAL TEXTS. MUHAMMED USED TO GET ONE FIFTH OF THE BOOTY LIKE A REAL THIEF. A MAN OF GOD DOESN'T ATTACK PEOPLE, DOESN'T GET PEOPLE'S POSSESSIONS AS BOOTY SURA 8 IS CALLED THE BOOTY. READ: Muslim Book 19, Number 4346:

If a township disobeys Allah and His Messenger (and actually fights) one-fifth of the booty seized therefrom is for Allah and His Apostle and the rest is for you

  • @DictaduraNo123

As a western historian, I agree that many Muslims don't seem to know their faith, or the failings of tribal cultures. However, Muhammad lived a life of poverty, even after the success of Islam. He was insistent upon generous charity to the poor, other than himself.

You don't have to love any man or religion, but you should at least approach debate with more candor. Karen Armstong, Martin Lings, and Charles le gai Eaton have written excellent, complex bios on him.

  • @hsmeeks POVERTY? LIES. MUHAMMED ROBBED CARAVANS AND AFTER HE TOOK ONE FIFTH OF THE BOOTY. EVEN THE QURAN TELLS US THAT HE TOOK ONE FIFTH OF THE BOOTY, 8;41. THE HADITHS GIVE US DETAILS ON HOW HE DISTRIBUTED THE STOLEN MERCHANDISE AMONG HIS JIHADISTS INSTEAD OF GIVING AN EXAMPLE OF HONEST, HARD WORK. HIS FAMILY PROSPERED OUT OF TAKING BOOTY. TAKING BOOTY IS WORSE THAN STEALING BECAUSE IT IS TAKEN AFTER KILLING THOSE WHO POSSESSED THE MERCHANDISE. MUHAMEMD PROVED TO BE AN IMPOSTOR;

  • @hsmeeks MUHAMMED ONLY WANTED RICHES, POWER, LIVE WELL FROM OTHERS

    Muslim Book 19, Number 4347:

.....The properties abandoned by Banu Nadir were the ones which Allah gave to His Apostle for which no expedition was undertaken either with cavalry or camelry. These properties were particularly meant for the Holy Prophet (mpboh). He would MEET THE ANNUAL EXPENDITURE OF HIS FAMILY from the income thereof, and would spend what remained for purchasing horses and weapons as preparation for Jihad.

  • MASHA2 ALLAAAAAAAAH .. SAMI YUSUF IS THE BESTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

  • That's singing! Singing is forbidden under Islam! Now he must have his tongue cut out!

Tongueless rap should be pretty funny.

  • gavur gibi ingilizce konuşuyorsun bari türkçeyi de öğrensen.

  • @tekerirem

Sami türk olarak türkçeni de bilir...

  • i wish sami yusuf can know this hadith abour the music instruments .. because they r haram ... looks like he doesnt know much

  • continue.....And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection." (Book #69, Hadith #494v)

  • Narrated Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: that he heard the Prophet saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of Musical instruments, as lawful.

  • God bless you Sami !!

  • Here's your answer Sami:

People please search up the youtube video "THE CLASSICAL HIT...IT'S BAD" by OneWayToParadise for ALL of the evidences regarding music and Islam.

  • I haven't ever heard Sami Yusufs voice without singing...I never expected it to sound like that, he sounds like one of my professors in college.

  • I wish he sings ilahi rather than changing it to English , I disagree with him..

  • Bless you brother Sami Yusuf.

  • Allah hu akbar

  • cute accent

  • a lot of people see the real face of the religion because of his music,it's a good thing.Don't you see Akon who says that he's muslim and he's singing "sexy bitch" or T-pain "kiss her" and a lot of afro-americans saying that they're muslim. Why don't you see the positiv thing of it?

  • Shia's r Not terrorist :L

  • Good Answers..keep up the good work x

  • LOL HIS TRYING TO JUSTIFY MUSIC ITS CLEAR CUT HARAAM AKHI

  • @sunzgunz allah is all forgiving.

  • True what the....

You believe a nice man called Noah built an ark sailed round the world picking up animals in pairs to save from the flood they lived happily till the waters receded, (no doubt on rations), then pottered off to live happily ever after....................................you got to be kidding that is true.

  • where in Qurran mention just music.

  • your very arabic accent make me feel like i met u in my neighbourhood :P Allah bless you

  • he is an afghan originaly

  • @Aryanetwork No he isn't.

  • IIf you could avoid lisening to music is tremendous because once Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) passed by a shepherd playing a wooden instrument he just left that place becaues he didn't let the time be wasted with useless things but He didn't say that Music is forbidden in Islam and there's no Surra or Hadith which mentions that Music is Harram and remember that i'm talking about Positive Music which played in positive occasions in a religious way not a music which makes you crazy!

  • i love him a lot

  • Galatians 1:1-9 is not a word of a prophet. It is a letter from Paul to the Galatians that somehow a group of scholars decided it to be part of the Bible, thus the word of God by Christians. Unfortunately, the Bible has gone through so many changes over history, and many editions, additions and deletions have been made that, for one to believe it is the word of God, one must believe all the versions were true. While the Quran has not changed at all. Salam!

  • @phoenixwing100 good , I think you are right

  • its very nice allah bless you.

  • its very nice Allah bless you,, sami yusif,,

  • i'm not justin timberlake or the police thats funny lol he's really good at singing mashallah

  • I LOVE his singing. Isn't he the son of Cat Stevens?

  • @AlidaCornelius - No he is not son of Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens)

  • I like the way Sami talks!!

  • things I was previously confused about and when I went back to reading these passages about sin and punishment, instead of scaring me they made me understand that Allah (swt) is fair and if you avoid the bad you will be rewarded for the good.

  • I think all nasheed singers are doing an amazing thing for Islam and young muslims around the world. When I was about ten I went through a really rough period and to overcome it I began reading the english translation of the quran, at that age I wasn't able to understand what was being said and the passages about hell and judgement scared me to the point of depression. Then I heard these Nasheeds which explained in a simple way the essential messages of Islam, they helped me understand a lot of

  • Sami Yusuf is very good but Wahhabis hate him.

  • @La19000

YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT YOU ARE LYING when you spoke without proof, right?

1] I had read the Quran & Allah told me that there is no witness for Muhammad in the Quran as he was not His prophet! BUT ALLAH PROVIDED WITNESSES FOR HIS PROPHET MOSES & HIS SON -JESUS.

2] When did I take 1 verse out of context?

3] How could Sharia be from Allah when Muhammad had no witness?

4] Quran & Hadiths are written by LYING men for Muhammad had no witness provided by Allah to affirm.Muhammad as prophet.

  • @Muslims:

WILL ALLAH ACCEPT YOUR false RAMADAN when you -Muslims- fast 30 times half-a-day & lyingly proclaim a 30 days of fasting TO MOCK ALLAH?

FACTUALLY, YOUR PROPHET Jesus teachs all not to boast of our fasting by public proclamation[Mat 6:16]!

All prophets of the True Allah fasted 24 hours a day during their fast of 40 days i.e. Moses & Jesus.

1] OTHER RELIGIONS fast 24 hours a day!

2] Any doctor will tell u a day of fast is 24 hours

  • I'm tired of hearing ppl getting at Sami like that; leave him alone. Damn he is just singing his faith! whats so wrong about that; God!! We need God in our life, music is a powerful way to bring someone closer!

  • although i dont agree on everything he said, but C'MOOOOON...there are A LOTTT of arabic muslim singers, males and females...

why the hell Sami Yusuf??!! he's not the first nor the last to sing with instruments

my opinion, music is not totally islamic, however, there are things (like strings) that are not islamic. and this is NOT A FATWA. so dont take my opinion as something to follow ;)

    peace to all

  • @SAMA87TheSultan That's why USA hummiliates the muslim world, because you are to busy fighting about bull shit, like strings or non-string! Music is a gift from God, so praising god with music is not a bad thing! Wake up, all leave this bullshit, the muslims are famous for their great musical culture, muslims without music are like a weapon without bullets! Get over this non-important bullshit and talk about REAL Issues, not about praising God with strings or without! We are in 2010!!!!!

  • @ANashuu why the F*CK you're being bitch bout it!!!! i commented on THIS video not on the situation we're facing as muslims!!!! although i completely agree with you but you went off topic!!! next time when you try to advise someone, make it nice. GOD IT'S VERY HARD FOR ME TO KEEP THIS CLEAN FROM CURSING AT YOU!!!!! also, being in 2010 doesn't change one rule in the islamic law. i wasn't bullshitting, i was saying things that are from hadeeth and stuff... and i was too nice to reply.....peace

  • @SAMA87TheSultan You have some issues, i see!

  • @SAMA87TheSultan

The fact that you resorted to vulgarity reflects that Islam has no truth for you -Muslims- to answer truthfully!

Jesus[FALSELY claimed by Mohammadans as your prophet] says in Matthew15:11 of the Holy Bible:

" Not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man; but that which comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man".

Although you defile NOT Allah eating pork, you DEFILE YOURSELF when you VULGARIZE!

    VERIFY ISLAM @ w w w answering-islam org

    AMEN=TRULY only IN JESUS

  • @ANashuu Instruments are forbidden in Islam One hadith from the Bukhari Shareef, the most authentic Book of Hadith, further confirms unlawfulness of music and singing :

`There will be people of my Ummah who will seek to make lawful; fornication, wine-drinking and the use of ma`aazif ( musical instruments ).`

And who cares if USA tries to downgrade the Muslim world? We follow our religion according to the Qu'ran and Hadith. Allah knows best and if he says something is forbidden it is forbidden.

  • @ANashuu no Brother, you are wrong, i love songs, but Islam don't need songs to support it, the Noble Quran is very enough for supporting Islam, the problem is not in the songs, the problem in the Muslims countries leaders who don't spread the Islam in the western world like it should, and the problem in the bad propaganda that the Islam haters make it about Islam, so the relaxing and Meaningful music is good, but the Noble Qur'an and the Ahadith is so enough for supporting Islam and Muslims.

  • @ANashuu Sorry but Islam isn't as shallow as u say and there is more then weapons and music so Plz dont talk about something you dont know ... and i hope you'll read about it before you judge it ....

    but thanks ^_^

  • There are different opinions on halal and haram in Islam. People should look at him and his music according to his intentions. Is he intending to commit sin by making music, and what is he singing about? He's singing about our Prophet(pbuh) and about God. So, how is that sinful? They are only sinful instruments if they are used to commit sin. If used to do good and hopefully bring people to modern Islam, then I think this is a great way to bring people to our religion.

  • @safiyah73 Wonderful, Islam needs people that think like you! Congratulations!

  • A musical muslim I can relate to!! :)

  • Masallah, hep yolun acik olsun, amin.

  • it does not matter what muslims do , muslims do many things which is unislamic and stil claim thet they are true muslims. u know they correct their religion according to what they want to heare or say or what appeals to their "logic."

  • watch?v=lr6D1_FhkjY&NR=1

  • he says history and history, what he knows about history of islam???

  • @vadferadat Brother, we have to support a more liberal Islam free of traditional influences.

  • he is twisting the truth. music is unislamic. whatever he says is not the truth

  • @vadferadat Actually Music in Mosques is UN-Islamic. Music elsewhere is permitted. The Sufis, the Ottomans, even the Arabs used to use the concept of music for a long time.

  • All the BEST Muslims are Shi'a. Mash'Allah! :)

  • @kayhan213, Shi'a call 3 azans for prayer time instead of 5 times which is a rule for muslims, and you say shi'a the best?))))

  • @user7474 You moron. Why are you twisting the truth. Shi'as call 5 azan for prayer. If you weren't brainwashed by your local sheikh, you would find the truth that the Prophet (pbuh) allowed the combination of prayers to make it 3. However, mainstream Shi'as go by 5 azan. Sunnis worship 3 companions who oppressed and killed the Prophet's (pbuh) family (as). Sunnis blow themselves up, kill everybody who doesn't follow their religion. They follow Shaitan.

  • @kayhan213 u even have problems inside islam, go and solve ur problems and then come here and argue with me

  • @kayhan213 they did whatever quran says, quran says ,fight with kuffars, mushrics and.... so they are doing right tings dont create religion view out of islam. u fear to kill jews ,christians, and none blevies in islam, it is your probelem.dont try to say that ur view is islamic u even dont know that what prophet did in his lifetime.

  • @kayhan213 u know what talking to u people is waste of time because u r premitive.( uneducated, ignorant, kind of a person who only claims about something) and premitives always WIN the battle because it makes the nonepremitive tired, it happened to me just one week ago , a pakestani ignorant muslim wanted to justify the taliban of afghanestan, however he hated the taliban of pakistan and called them unislamic, after a lond debate i blocked his user id , and try to justify his words.

  • EVERY THINGS IS HALAL, IF CAMED "DALIL TO SAID HARAM, ITS BECAME HARAM....ISLAM IS DEVELOP RLEGION

  • KNOW IT,,,,ALL NATIONS ON THIS EARTH HAVE THEY OWN INSTRUMENTS MUSIC..IT IS "HARAM"...NABI MUHAMMAD EVER LET AISYAH PLAY MISIC INSTRUMENTS(DUFF)

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel Oh yeah, because the differences in gospel are so much more important than the number of people killed in their name.

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel " I have yet many things to say onto you, but i cannot bear them now, for he when the spirit ( prophet maybe?) of truth shall come, he shall guide you onto all truth, he shall tell you things to come, he shall glorify me."

    - John 16:12-14

i don't know about you but this verse seems to talk about the prophet muhammad (pbuh).the bible contradicts itself on many occasions, it has many faults and mistakes,it has been changed by man countless times. this is not the word of god

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel

    biblethumper much?

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel The perversion of the gospel was done by constantine, among others...the Quran cinfirms the blessing of the original gospel (which no longer exists because of the perversions). We are not the accursed ones that perverted your book...it was the romans...stop blaming us

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel

    Get lost biblethumper.

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel

Take it somewhere else bible thumper.

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel If you don't like it, the "travel" somewhere else.

People who have no tolerance for other religions are just ignorant and full of hate.

  • @HaveTruthWillTravel learn some english !

  • lol@arguing that music is haram xD

  • Sadly, it seemed to me that Yusuf does not want himself to be attached solely to Islamic music...

  • @uncjournalism what's sad about that?... he was raised in the west... he doesn't wish to isolate himself like many muslims prefer.

  • @beenn15 You did not get my point. He seemed he did not like himself to be called an Islamic singer. What is wrong with this? Isn't it an honor for you if people associate your work with Islam?!

  • Music is haraam. It isn't not if Sami Yusuf sings that is halaal. He has good songs, but theire are a lot with non-Islamic insturuments. May Allah forgive him and us for al our mistakes and faults. AMIEN

  • @risallah1 What do you mean non-Islamic instruments ?

  • @Batistta56 In the Islam is I think only a 'doef' permitted. The piano, oud, ... aren't 'legal' Islamic instruments.

  • im dissapointed with the responces i read i hate it when i see muslims fighting over a simple thing such as music in nasheed ,while non muslims are attaking islam and muslims and instead of fighting back you waste your time arguing over music giving islam a negative dark side that it does not have . every one has the freedom to think and believe what they want . if you want to discuss these things there are more proper places than you tube . never forget we are all muslims we respect others .

  • @pearls537, music in an integral part of western culture. Muslims to refuse to believe that music is haraam are adopting that culture, the culture of the very people who are killing us. That's where the problem lies. If this Ummah is to rise again, we need to recognise the evil within the western culture but instead we are happy to embrace it. Music is a small problem in a massive crisis. When Muslims begin to accept what the West has deemed lawful, they are trying to intergrate into the society

  • @SimonRileyGhost i agree with alot of what you say but a lot of educated respectable shaikhs dont see that music is haram and im sure that this opinion didnot come from nothing .i respect people who work their minds .and by the way in the time of the profit there was no musical like there is now .if anon muslim listens to a nasheed and liked it so much he converts will the musician be punished by allah ? i think there is abigger picture we canot see

  • @pearls537, regarding your question; mercy and punishment are only with Allaah and we can't say if he'll be punished or forgiven but that doesn't mean that music is halaal.

  • @pearls537, the way you've worded your comment, it seems that you are implying that music is only perhaps a fiqh issue, something that we shouldn't be concerned about while our brothers and sisters are being killed. All four schools of thought regard music as haraam. There is no difference in opinion here.

  • @pearls537, actually music is part of the problem why we muslims are being killed. if muslims returned to proper true Islam and rejected music, followed the shariah properly then we wouldnt be in this state of humiliation. u talk about fighting back against those that kill us, well Allah swt says in the Quran he swt does not change the condition of a people until they change themselves. so lets purge these evils from our community and fight our own nafs to begin with.

  • @israelifaggot, mashaAllaah bro, you worded it a lot better than I could manage. May Allaah reward you.

  • @SimonRileyGhost, thank you brother, Allah swt bless u too, it is always nice to see another muslim advocating true Islam. my only worry is it is such an uphill battle trying to educate some of these muslims who wont let go of these western ideas. we have a lot of work to do.

  • @israelifaggot, although bro, Jihaad al-Nafs is the lesser Jihaad and Jihaad al-Qitaal is the greater.

  • @SimonRileyGhost, absolutely it is, only the sufi deviants try and minimise the true greater jihaad.

  • LOL..... What are you guys saying???

Music is not HARAM .... where did you get this from??

you think EVERYTHING is haram ... and you @pistolsmokeyoyo ....You said it's haram to listen to music... but it isn't haram for you to say: ... "shut the fuck up"?

  • @51Nora15, You've really got the wrong end of the stick. Music is haram and it doesn't matter which madhab you follow as all four schools are united on this ruling. If you want proof, I am more than happy to give you all the references.

  • @SimonRileyGhost .....soo now you tell me that you have never ever heard music in your life?? I'm sure you have!! ... and where did you learn that? I have never heard it before... you can't even read it in quran!!!! I don't have to use any proofs...

no one can change my thoughts about that...

  • @51Nora15, , do you know what the ahadeeth are? They are the sayings or the traditions of the Prophet (SAW) and just as important and reliable as the Qur'aan. "There will be people in my ummah who will seek to declare fornication, adultery, silk, wine and MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS to be lawful." (Saheeh Bukharee).

Let me ask you a question. How do you justify the permissibility of music? Other than your ignorant statement, "you can't even read it in quran!!!!".

  • @SimonRileyGhost ...I know exactly what I must do and what I can't do. I don't believe in "Saheeh Bukharee" or whatever you're talking about. It's all lies...they want someone like you to believe them.. they'll control all the muslims!!! YOU HAVE BEEN CHEATED!! and now you want to teach me my religion??... It's not your fault, I just hate those people...

  • @51Nora15, I advise you to retract those words. You have just called the ahadeeth of the Prophet (SAW) lies. You should perhaps gain a basic knowledge of the Deen before you try to debate such issues. Also, for your information, Saheeh Bukharee is unanimously regarded as the most reliable book after the Qur'aan.

If you don't believe in the ahadeeth of the Prophet (SAW), how do you pray? The actions of Salaah have been derived from the ahadeeth. If you do pray, you are contradicting yourself.

  • @SimonRileyGhost .. I have told you before: "I don't believe in that!! And let's close this subject, because it will be a very long discussion!!

  • @51Nora15, you haven't answered my questions. Rejecting the ahadeeth is a major sin. I suggest you take a break from Youtube and learn the basics of Islaam.

  • @SimonRileyGhost If I say "I don't believe in that" You can't just change my thoughts okay? and the one that use a break from youtube is YOU!! you comments everyone that's against you!! You can't let people believe in whatever they want!!! you want everyone to believe in "AHADEETH". I don't even know what it is cause I don't care about it. I only believe in GOD!! by the way. you said something about questions. wich questions are you talking about?

  • @51Nora15, Question 1: How do you justify the permissibility of music?

Question 2: If you don't believe in the ahadeeth of the Prophet (SAW), how do you pray?

Rejecting the ahadeeth of the Prophet (SAW) is kufr (disbelief). You should be more careful when you type.

  • @SimonRileyGhost I have also asked you one question and you didn't answer...

"did you ever hear music before?? I'm sure you have!!... Anyway I'll answer your questions. Question 1: Music is something wonderful. everyone deserve to hear it. It doesn't matter what religion you have. The most important thing is that you treat everybody very well and don't only run after your own good.

Question 2: of corse I can pray without believe in those people... nobody can control me. Only GOD!!

  • @51Nora15, I have no desire nor any requirement to tell you my personal life. There isn't much to comment on your answer for Question 1. You will have to answer to Allaah yourself on the Day of Judgement but inshaAllaah you are guided before that.

If you do pray, you're contradicting yourself. The actions of prayer have been derived from the hadeeth, not from the Qur'aan. Although you are being quite stubborn in your rejection of the ahadeeth, whenever you pray you are acting upon them.

  • @SimonRileyGhost I just want you to remember that I'm not Kafira!!! as you said!!

You're the only one who listen to those people!!

  • @51Nora15 of course I believe in our prophet Mohammad... but I didn't understand what you meant when you said "Ahadeeth" (SAW) and "Saheeh Bukharee"???????

  • @51Nora15, as I mentioned in a previous comment, the ahadeeth are the sayings or traditions of the Prophet (SAW). What he said or did has been recorded and a lot of the rulings within Islaam have been derived from them.

(SAW) means sallallaahu ‘alyhi wasalam (Peace be upon him). It is a term of respect for the Noble Prophet (SAW).

Saheeh Bukharee or Sahih Bukhari is a book of hadeeth. The author, Imaam Bukharee compiled a large number of the most authentic ahadeeth in his book.

  • @51Nora15, I did not make Takfeer on you; merely warned you of the dangerous path you are treading. I am absolutely positive that I'm not the only one who listen to "these people". Just do a Google search on Hadith or Sahih Bukhari and inshaAllaah that'll help you out.

  • @SimonRileyGhost okay, I hope you'll understand one day, that it's not everything you have to believe. of course I follow my religion very well, but there are also many people who add something that doesn't belong to the religion including "it's haram to listen to music".. by the way, I'm sure you have heard music before. if you don't. why are you watching sami yusuf's interview? you must have heard his songs!!!!

  • @51Nora15, why are you avoiding the question on prayer?

  • @SimonRileyGhost You are never tire of discussing! okay. To begin with I avoid no question. I HAVE TOLD YOU ONCE!!! and now I tell you twice: Everyone is welcome to pray. it doesn't matter if you think it's haram to listen to music or to believe some people. in the second place YOU'RE THE ONE WHO AVOIDING MY QUESTION!! I asked you twice if you ever have heard music before!! and you didn't answer. and if you don't. why are you watching sami yusuf's interview? you must have heard his songs!!

  • @51Nora15, I have already told you that my personal life is no concern to you so stop asking me about it. Someone had posted this interview on a website and commented on Sami Yusuf so I decided to watch it.

By praying you are contradicting your own twisted beliefs but I doubt you will take notice of anything I say so I hope you are guided and repent before it is too late. Assalaamu 'Alaykum.

  • @SimonRileyGhost I believe in what I'm saying while I pray. (it's also a part of MY personal life) Anyway, I don't see the connection between that and what you're saying about "saheeh bukharee" and that it's haram to listen to music and whatever you're talking about.. well, finaly our discussion ends and we didn't change our mind!!! I hope you'll understand your religion properly...

  • It's funny listening to him trying to name scholars who advocate his wrong views.

  • Maher Zain is the best

  • "king of Islamic pop" my buttocks. there is no such thing as Islamic pop, that is an oxymoron. this is just pop music if we want to be accurate.

  • @israelifaggot shut the fuck up it's always jews or israelis who say such crap!

  • @pistolsmokeyoyo, i'm not a jew you moron. i am giving real islam, not the deviant false Islam you follow. what madhab do you follow, huh, hanifi, shafii, maliki, hanbali, what? ebcause all 4 of those imams were against music, so do your research oh one.

  • @israelifaggot wow, look man i know it's haram to listen to music and i just visited your profile

the thing is im sick of jews trying to make us feel like what we're doing is wrong you know? and your name is israeli faggot what did you expect me to do?

and i'm following the hanifi madhab

  • @israelifaggot, on your profile you say that you're a liberal leftist jew. What's that all about?

  • @SimonRileyGhost, i pretend to be a jew to make fun of zionists. its a real laugh, a bit immature and i cant say that i am not slightly ashamed of doing it.

  • Please, if someone has the translation of " hasbi rabbi " , could tell me ? Thanks a lot :)

  • CROYDON MASJID & ISLAMIC CENTRE

  • Islamic pop???? Astaghfirullah... People repent...what is this... we treat it like a joke we r trying to be liberal for what? There is no permission of music in Islam... I like Sami's lyrics, but music is is not at all allowed in Islam

May ALLAH bless us all with true Imaan. Ameen

  • @7even8six U r rite brother... There is no permission of music in Islam... May ALLAH bless us with true Islamic Faith. Ameen.

  • sami yusuf....your first album was good...but your newer songs have ruined the name of islam...too much beats and haraam beats...astaghfirullah...this is the modernisation of islam in front of our eyes.

  • Sami yusuf is great. he do what he can do to show the world how beauty islam is.

so, for everybody which hate sami, i ask you. what u have to do to prove islam?

well, just give our responsibilty to our brother, sami.

go sami, do dakwah as far as u can.

    Allah bless us, aamiin

  • Muslim is definitely a part of Islamic heritage. Remember when Rasool ALLAH did Hijrat and went to Madina, people of Medina greeted him with songs and Nasheed + musical instrument such as duff. Its only Najdi wahabi Fitna. They want to stop everything that stops the spirituality of Islam and mystical powers demonstration of Islam. Wahhabis I would ask you to fear ALLAH and convert back to Islam

ask the scholars you listen to about " mohamed mtwaly el-sha'rawy "

and try to find his " igtihad " about the matter of music

ask about "al azhar" , and try to find their official fatwa about music

    " al-halal byyn , w al -haram byyn "

u're not sure that u 'll be in heaven !!!, how could you be sure , that he is in JAHANNAM ???/

LA HAWL WLA KWATA ELLLA BELLAH

  • @anne6182

swearing during Ramadan? tut tut. he seems to be doing more good than bad, even though the instruments may be deemed haram. i am still yet to find an authentic proof in the Qur'an saying music is forbidden! May Allah (SWT) forgive me if I'm wrong. Also, I would prefer young Muslims to listen to his music rather than worse music! As long as this does not mess up your salah and is listened to in moderation, how can it be bad akhi? Allah knows best.

  • @Loewenthal1, brother you are only looking at the Qur'aan but forgetting the Hadeeth of the Prophet (SAW). "There will be people in my ummah who will seek to declare fornication, adultery, silk, wine and MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS to be lawful." Obviosuly this implies that musical instruments are haraam and as music is created from musical instruments, music too is haraam.

  • @anne6182

if you are moslem, please, use a good word. don't judge anyone that they will go to Jahannam. astaghfirullah..
