i have this game im a lvl 5 fighter and i think the max lvl is 20

the reason why lvling is soo hard is u have to gain five ranks then talk to ur class trainer sooo yea lol

@vFpZpivotWolf dude lvling is hard if u dont have the pay to play packs (the packs are chains of quests that cost ~3-10$ each and u own them forever once u buy them) or are vip (vip is the monthly payment like W.O.W but only ~15$).

buying all the packs is ~100$ and u own them so if ur going to be playing for more than ~8 months its cheaper to just spend the 100$

...and yes the max lvl is 20 but when u aim for gear u want the lvls just come as u try to get the gear.

@noremorse126 You can earn all the packs without paying, it just takes alot of favor grinding- each 100 favor per character earns 25 Turbine points usable in the store, which is roughly equivalent to 25-50 cents of cash. Endgame content is very sparse without the unlockable adventure packs, so ideally save up your free turbine points for those packs. Vale of Twilight is a must.

Turbine is a good mmo company i play wow and other games and tried this out. Its fun and different. Im not like these ignorant douches who talk shit on a game they dont try and let alone trying to compare some thing with another is stupid. If u like it play it why do you have to stick to one game,

there are many open areas, and the later instances and raids, as well as many instances at higher difficulty simply cannot be done with just 2-3 people.

I guess you're right, but i don't know about the comfortable part.

I mean, the people i know that play MMORPGs spend 2 to 4 hours of their day training/leveling. Then at some point, they go to fight at some dungeon/boss/siege as a party and at the most times something gets fucked up. Either it's lag, or a player disconnecting, or a newbie player that screws things up, or even the quest being extremely hard! That really doesn't sound comfortable to me. It actually sounds like some serious work!

As for the newbie/dickhead party member issue ... that's what guilds and friend lists are for. So you can party with reliable ppl

In that aspect you're right, even though the debuging of one big hit MMORPG, has to be allot harder, than that of lesser one. Sure, the company makes big bucks, but i don't know about the programmers.

About clans, you can't get into a big/reliable clan at once, they don't accept you. First your have to join a smalle one and those are filled with assholes.

Let's just say that my experience with MMORPGs... it was rather bad. That's why i don't play them anymore.

Mostly i didn't have the time for it, so i guess it's for the best that i don't play. Offline games and some FPS online action is always on the schedule and these kind of games don't need leveling or anything like that. :)

People D&D Online is a giant success and has been for a while since it first came out. Unlike WoW its based off the ORIGINAL RPG... altho i guess WoW has to be since D&D paper and pencil is what makes all of these now aday RPG's their basis.
