It might be work of sepahe sehaba of Pakistan. As they always kill shia muslims. After second bonn conference, ISI will try to bring secterian and religious voilence once again to Kabul. Taliban denied any involvment in this bombing. Both Iranian and Pakistan establishment are supporting secterian voilence in Iran, Iraq and Pakistan. Irans supports shiats who kill sunnis, and Pakistani ISI backed sepahe sahab who kills shiaes.
